About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Heat Smart Limited website (heatsmart.energy) and the services we provide. By using this website or requesting a survey, you agree to these terms.

Heat Smart Limited (Company No. 15876863) is registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Office 138, Jubilee House, 3 The Drive, Brentwood, CM13 3FR.

Our Services

We provide site surveys, installation, and aftercare for solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps, and EV chargers in England and Wales only. All installations are carried out by MCS-certified engineers.

Free Site Surveys

A free site survey carries no obligation to purchase. Following the survey you will receive a written quotation valid for 30 days. You have 10 working days to cancel any signed contract without penalty, in accordance with the RECC Consumer Code.

Quotations and Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable. Quoted prices are fixed for the period stated in the written quotation. Grant amounts referenced are subject to government scheme availability and individual eligibility at the time of installation.

Warranties

We provide a 10-year workmanship guarantee on all installations. Product warranties are as stated by individual manufacturers. Our workmanship guarantee is backed by our HIES membership deposit protection insurance.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the contract for your installation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
